Buttonwillow Track Event 4-13-01

A beautiful day...perfect weather and temperature. But, more importantly, no major wrecks!
This was a full-track event utilizing track configuration #1. After morning tech inspection and driver briefing, the cars were run in three seperate groups. This allowed more than enough track time and kept the event safer, since each group was based on vehicle capabilities and driver experience.
As a sidenote, Travis VanDenBerg's Supra TT averaged one gallon per 3 mile lap. Furthermore, it was spitting exhaust flames on throttle blip downshifts at the braking zone for the main straight. Cool!
